Privacy Policy — Seasona

Last updated: 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Milan Matić Preduzetnik (registered as MILAN MATIĆ PREDUZETNIK BEOGRAD - PALILULA), a registered sole proprietor (preduzetnik) in the Republic of Serbia ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and operator of the Seasona mobile application (the "App"), handles information in connection with your use of the App.

We built Seasona to be private by design. Your color analysis runs on your device, and your photos are never uploaded to us or to any server. This policy describes exactly what that means.

Data controller / operator: Milan Matić Preduzetnik (MILAN MATIĆ PREDUZETNIK BEOGRAD - PALILULA), a registered sole proprietor in Serbia. Registered business address: Boljetinska 83B, Belgrade, Serbia Contact email: support@getseasona.com

1. Summary (the short version)

2. Information processed on your device (and not sent to us)

To provide your color analysis, the App uses:

We (Milan Matić Preduzetnik, "the developer") do not have access to any of the above. This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and we cannot retrieve it.

Biometric data note (for transparency and EU law): The facial color measurements the App derives are used only to categorize your color season and are processed and stored only on your device. We do not receive this information, do not use it to uniquely identify you, and do not share it. Because this processing is entirely local and under your control, we are not building a biometric database or profiling you.

3. Information that does leave your device

The limited information below is necessary to run the App's paid features and to improve the App. None of it includes your photos or your facial measurements.

3.1 Purchases and subscriptions

When you buy a subscription or a one-time purchase, the transaction is handled by Apple through the App Store and by our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat, Inc. To manage your entitlement (whether you have premium access), the App shares a pseudonymous app-user identifier and your purchase/subscription status with RevenueCat. We (and RevenueCat) do not receive your credit-card number or full payment details — Apple handles payment.

3.2 Usage analytics (if enabled)

At this time, the App does not use a third-party usage-analytics service. We may collect anonymous, aggregate diagnostic information (for example, that an analysis was completed) only to fix problems and improve the App. Any such information does not contain your photos, your facial measurements, your results, your name, or any content that identifies you, and is never used for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites. If we introduce a dedicated analytics provider in the future, we will update this policy and name the provider before enabling it.

3.3 Crash and performance data

Apple may provide us with anonymous crash and performance reports if you have opted in to sharing this with developers in your device settings. These reports are controlled by Apple and your device settings and do not contain your photos or results.

4. What we do NOT do

5. How your information is stored and protected

6. Deleting your data

You are in control of your data at all times:

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data. Because we do not hold your photos or results (they stay on your device) and we do not operate an account system, the personal data we can access is limited to the pseudonymous purchase/subscription identifier described in Section 3.1.

If you are in the European Union / EEA or the United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability, in respect of the limited data we control. The legal bases we rely on are: performance of a contract (to provide purchases you request), your consent (for optional analytics and for camera/photo access, which you grant through the operating system and can withdraw at any time in your device settings), and our legitimate interests (to keep the App working and to fix problems). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or "share" (as defined by California law) your personal information, and we do not process it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold about you.

To exercise any right, contact us at support@getseasona.com. Note that for on-device data (photos, results, history) the fastest and most complete way to exercise your erasure right is to use Delete my data in the App or to delete the App.

8. Children's privacy

Seasona is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@getseasona.com.

9. International users

The App processes your photos and results on your own device, wherever you are. The limited purchase/subscription data described in Section 3.1 may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat, which may store and process information in countries outside your own, including the United States, subject to their respective privacy policies and safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice (such as in-app notice). Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
