How does the analysis work?

Seasona reads your skin, eye, and hair coloring from one photo and derives your color season with a deterministic engine. Everything runs on your phone — the photo is never uploaded. The same photo always gives the same answer.

What photo works best?

A selfie facing a window in natural daylight, no heavy makeup, no strong filters, your face straight to the camera. If the light is uneven, the app will tell you rather than guess.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Seasona, where you can change or cancel any time. Purchases can be restored from Seasona's settings on any of your devices.

How do I delete my data?

Seasona's data lives only on your device. In the app: You → Settings → Delete my data removes every photo, result, and setting instantly. Deleting the app does the same. There is nothing to delete on our side — we never had it.

Why did my friend get a different season than another app told her?

Most color apps give shifting answers because they guess. Seasona measures — and shows you the measurements behind every verdict. If two photos disagree, the difference is the light, and the app will say so.
